This needs a free Business profile

Posting a job is business activity, so it runs from a Business profile, not your Personal account.

Same login. Your Personal account stays exactly as it is.
A public Business profile: what you do, your services and products, area, opening hours and contact details.
A small photo gallery and up to 4 posts a month.
Post jobs on Padasil Jobs and talk to applicants in Padasil Chat.
People find you and talk to you in Padasil Chat; you reply and arrange everything by hand.
